Endangered Species
This little bottled fairy represents a danger I see with our youth. I believe our children have less imagination today than in the past. They spend too much time in front of computer games and the TV. They need to get outside more ... climb trees, to build forts, and to hunt for fairy rings. Too much time is spentCllick to view larger image. on the information highway.

My little fairy can still breath. Air can still get inside her bottle. Imagination is not yet dead just endangered ... but the bottle could easily be plugged up. If we are not careful that could happen to our children's innocent ability to imagine all sorts of marvelous make-believe things. Like other endangered species, it Cllick to view larger image.is our responsibility to see that imagination survives to the next generation.

The triangular jar is about 9 inches tall and 4 inches wide. The fairy is 4 inches tall.
